Junior Marketing Manager (m/f) - Punta Skala Resort

The Junior Marketing Manager supports the Senior Marketing Manager in the execution and coordination of all marketing activities for Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala. The role focuses on implementing marketing campaigns, offers, packages, reporting processes, budget administration, and marketing communications in line with the resort's commercial objectives and brand standards.

The position requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional who works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on a daily basis. The Junior Marketing Manager receives regular briefings, priorities, and project assignments from the Senior Marketing Manager and ensures their timely and accurate execution across all relevant marketing channels and stakeholders.

The role serves as a key operational support function within the Marketing Department, helping to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives and maintaining effective communication between internal departments, external partners, and the Senior Marketing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support to Senior Marketing Manager
    • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the execution of the annual marketing plan and resort marketing strategy.
    • Participate in regular briefings and planning meetings with the Senior Marketing Manager to align on priorities, projects, campaigns, and business objectives.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and administrative documentation for the Senior Marketing Manager.
    • Provide regular status updates on assigned projects and marketing activities.
    • Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed according to agreed deadlines and brand standards.
    • Act as the main operational support for the Senior Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Campaign Management & Communication
    • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager.
    • Assist in the implementation of digital, CRM, social media, PR, and promotional campaigns.
    • Coordinate campaign communication with internal departments and external partners.
    • Ensure campaign materials and assets are delivered on time and according to brand guidelines.
    • Monitor campaign implementation and prepare performance reports for review by the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Offers & Packages
    • Support the development and execution of seasonal offers, promotions, and accommodation packages.
    • Coordinate the implementation of offers across all communication and distribution channels.
    • Assist in preparing promotional materials, campaign briefs, and content related to special offers.
    • Monitor offer performance and provide reporting and recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc marketing reports.
    • Track campaign performance, promotional activities, direct booking initiatives, and other key marketing metrics.
    • Maintain reporting dashboards and marketing performance records.
    • Support ROI analysis and campaign evaluation processes.
    • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in preparing management reports and presentations.
  • Budget Administration, Invoicing & Forecasting
    • Coordinate and track marketing invoices and purchase orders.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices and supporting documentation.
    • Maintain records of marketing expenditures and budget allocations.
    • Support forecasting and budget planning activities.
    • Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and preparing variance reports.
  • Marketing Coordination
    • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
    • Liaise with agencies, designers, suppliers, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Support the organization of events, photo shoots, PR activities, and promotional initiatives.
    • Maintain marketing databases, image libraries, campaign files, and documentation.
    • Ensure consistency of brand standards and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, F&B, SPA, and Operations teams.
    • Stay informed about hospitality, tourism, and digital marketing trends.
    • Support special projects and commercial initiatives as assigned.
    • Perform additional duties as requested by the Senior Marketing Manager.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
  • Internship or previous experience in campaign coordination, digital marketing, or communications is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with reporting and budget administration is beneficial.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
