Our client Ferrero is an international company that has grown from a small Italian confectionery shop to become the third largest confectionery manufacturer in the world. It produces famous market-leading brands such as Nutella, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello, Kinder Bueno and Kinder Surprise.

Junior Controller (m/f)
Lokacija: Zagreb, Croatia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Controller is responsible for participating in the preparation of business reports and analysis. This role supports the monitoring of business activities, including purchases, sales, inventories, and fixed costs. The Controller also supports the Senior Controller and CFO in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring the accuracy of accounting data and maintaining business dana and manages prices and conducts price simulations.
- Prepare and upload company’s yearly and session plans
- Producing excel templates and presentations as required by the planning area/group calendar
- Analyzing the different planning scenarios and highlight to the Management Team the difference vs. previous year and previous planning scenario
- Carrying on all monthly closure activities in SAP for the Controlling part and conducting regular variances analyses vs. previous year and planning scenarios
- Creating ad hoc and regular analyses about delta of costs vs. planning scenarios (COGS, OVH, A&P) and profitability analysis by brand/SKU/client
- Estimating the profitability of new projects required by Marketing/Sales Preparing new price list for permanent and seasonal products in accordance with the commercial calendar
- Processing data and creating requested reports (Weekly, Actual, Consolidation, etc.)
- Preparing specific internal reports and reports for the Area with reference to turnover, margins, and overheads.
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- University degree (Accounting, Economics, Finance) or equivalent required
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting / Controlling in a multinational environment
- Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written
- Strong Excel and data analytical skills
- Excellent SAP knowledge
- Smart view / HFM experience
- P&L knowledge
- Team player with good self-motivation and positive attitude
- Strong analytical approach, problem-solving and result-focused personality
- Ability to organize and meet deadlines.
