Role overview:
As part of the Junior Management team in the store, you will provide management support and help maintain and improve the level of customer service within your department. You will provide assistance in supervising all employees while maintaining the standards of the sales area. You will also deal with certain management processes on a daily basis according to the instructions of Store Management.
Accountability:
- Customer service
- providing users with a high level of customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries while providing the best possible outcome
- Ensuring that the personal appearance of sales staff is in line with company guidelines

- monitor staff service levels to maximize in-store sales
- using devices in the store to ensure that the customer has an insight into the entire range of products
- Using reports to help set up key sales lines

- attract, engage and motivate customers to buy in-store using the latest visual techniques
- provide assistance in maintaining standards on the sales floor
- keep inventory clean and tidy at all times
- Training and development
- encouraging personal advancement within the store
- Providing assistance in onboarding and training new employees
- assisting in the development of existing employees by ensuring that staff complete relevant E-assessments
