IT Specialist (m/f)
Decathlon, the leader in the market of sports equipment, is searching for
a strong teammate to join us as IT specialist for Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia.

ASSEMBLY
I know the reference of IT components and modules and I know their interaction. I identify the missing ones. I am able to create new assembly solutions.

GUIDANCE
By knowing the needs of users and technology, I develop a long-term win-win relationship and I advise them to make correct decisions.
SUPPORT
By anticipating actions, I avoid, resolve and encourage the resolution of incidents to ensure that a comprehensive and permanent solution is found as soon as possible.
ORGANIZATION
I anticipate, prioritize and act so that I respect my commitments.
DEVELOPMENT
I request technical IT actions to build or integrate IT products in accordance with the technical specifications. I guarantee the development and the support of IT products in order for them to have practical use to end users.
ACTIVITIES
I guarantee a secure, reliable, valid, strong and compliant IT environment / IT application.
FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT
I am able to identify, obtain and mobilize resources necessary to achieve goals and objectives.
