Workforce has partnered with a renowned international company operating in the field of reusable packaging production. We are looking for a dedicated IT Application Specialist to act as an intermediary between the business key users and the IT department, with the goal of meeting the business objectives.
IT APPLICATION SPECIALIST (M/F)
Location of work: Remote (within Croatia)
Key accountabilities:
- Take up support-related activities regarding global IT systems and business-related processes to provide key-users and end-users with the optimal IT service
- Capture and assess change requests from key-users and decide on next steps to meet the needs of the user
- Take responsibility for the business-wide application landscape and perform consolidation where possible
- Support and manage future implementations for our ERP system, IFS
- Manage the security patch and the future version upgrades that roll out to IFS
- Manage the Data Warehouse solution
- Review, consolidate and migrate the application landscape of future acquisitions
- Work with the Design and Marketing community to support their application needs
- Provide training sessions, information, and documentation for users to guarantee a sufficient knowledge of existing or new applications and functionalities
Skills and Requirements:
- Good level of English
- Experience with ERP systems as key user
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server technology
- Familiarity with design applications’ license management and installation (software such as SolidWorks, SiemensNX, AutoCad, Eplan etc.)
- General understanding of and experience with applications used in larger organizations (Time and Attendance solutions, Payroll applications, door access systems, CCTV etc.)
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Subnetting, VPN)
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP system implementation
- Project management skills
- Experience with MS Azure and MS 365 services (AAD, MDM, Endpoint Management, ATP, Defender, MS Teams admin, Exchange Online etc.)
- Experience with Cisco (Meraki) network equipment
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate
- Experience with Label Printers and printing from ERP systems
