SysKit is a software development company focused on creating high-quality enterprise monitoring and administration solutions for SharePoint, Office 365, Windows Servers, Remote Desktop Services, and Citrix environments. Our products are used by administrators and consultants all over the world and help them simplify server administration.

Our story began in 2009 in Zagreb, Croatia, with the idea to monitor servers. Today, more than 50 clever, diligent people work on our products which have been used by more than 3000 customers worldwide! Some of our awesome clients are Lego, Coca-Cola, Boeing, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Bayer, and other well-known brands.

We are looking for a highly motivated yet reliable B2B sales professional, interested in working in today's fastest-growing industry. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process on international markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on sourcing new sales opportunities and outbound cold calls and emails as well as occasional inbound lead follow-up
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Product consulting and presentation of SysKit solutions
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Qualifying, clarifying, and handling customers objections when required

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications we are looking for:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in solution selling, preferably in IT and/or telecommunication B2B sales
- Experience working with SaaS is a plus
- Experience with SharePoint & Office365 is a plus
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Computer skills at a highly proficient level
