We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company of more than 180 amazing people worldwide. We are a B2B advisor and trusted expert in the industrial imaging industry, providing unique high- tech products. Our biggest team is based in Čakovec, Croatia where currently a new campus, with state-of- the-art laboratories and manufacturing facilities as well as a large modern office space is being built.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and maximize productivity by introducing innovative systems. You will report to our Production Manager and play a key role in achieving these goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will analyze current production processes, workflows, and systems to find inefficiencies.
• You will design and implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• You will study resource use to determine the most efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• You will develop staffing plans, layout designs, and schedules to streamline workflow.
• You will conduct time studies and analyze work methods to establish standard work procedures.
• You will implement strategies and set achievable production goals.
• You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
• You will enforce quality control measures protocols to maintain product quality throughout the production process.
• You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing production data for insights.
• You will present your findings and proposed solutions to management.
• You will drive initiatives related to Lean
principles, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies.
• You will lead Kaizen events and process improvement projects.
• You will look for ways to incorporate technology and automation into production processes to enhance efficiency and decrease manual labor.

• You have gained experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment for several years.
• You are proficient in process optimization, workflow analysis, and industrial engineering tools and software.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
• You are familiar with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or other related field).
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have gained experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment for several years.
• You are proficient in process optimization, workflow analysis, and industrial engineering tools and software.
