ManpowerGroup Croatia for Client, one of the leading companies in construction sector, is looking for a perfect candidate to fill in the position of Human Resources Junior Manager (m/f).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Define and implement the human resource policies and procedures in accordance to the HR and Business agenda
  • Provide a clear focus on the big picture of the organization by driving the alignment strategies that are required to steer towards the objectives of the proper functioning of the HR Operations across all sites
  • Act as a consultant in building strong sustainable relationships across the teams and throughout the organization
  • Drive the HR agenda by working in close alliance with leaders, offering recommendations, establish decisions, and carry out goals
  • Act as a sounding board listening to problems and ideas, and clearly articulating solutions
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations on ensuring the smooth workflow of the inter-departments while consulting the management team on HR issues and initiatives
  • Support in developing HR initiatives and strategy that improves the organization
  • Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions; programs and policies
  • Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.
  • Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs
  • Actively participates in annual budget planning/labor forecasting process with business leaders
  • Leads and supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment
  • Evaluate issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs i.e. training to address certain needs
  • Partner with Company leaders to grow the capacity of the organization’s key talent to include high potential identification (via Talent Management) and associated development programming
  • Support the HR Operations in any HR initiatives and projects to meet the HR agenda and goals
  • Travel periodically to offices in Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in Croatia branch offices

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in similar industry preferable
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or business related field
  • Excellent English knowledge (C1 level)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with strong effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently; organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues;
  • Proven acuity in MS office suite and data-base management
  • Driver's licence B category
