If you are talented, motivated and experienced person in Human Resources, and you would like to make an active and lasting contribution to build a better world for children, we are inviting you to join our team as Human Resources Assistant.
Your role in making a difference would be:
- Proactively engaging with all staff to deliver quality HR services.
- Applying a client-oriented approach to implement business solutions in key HR areas.
- Facilitating the effective recruitment and placement of staff and other UNICEF employees.
- Facilitating and coordinating identification and establishment of learning and development needs.
- Supporting staff on Performance Management.
- Interpreting and providing advice to staff on key HR policies.
Duration: Initial appointment shall normally be for a period of one year, with the possibility of renewal on a rolling, fixed-term basis.
O zaposleniku
- A secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in the area of human resource management.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible human resources work experience.
- Proficiency in Croatian and English language. Working knowledge of another UN language an asset.
