WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design, develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's objectives and culture
  • Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges, job classifications, and benefits packages
  • Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for changes to the organization's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Partner with HR team members to communicate and educate employees on the organization's compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process for benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HRIS and other systems used to administer compensation and benefits programs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and develop insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
