At the moment we are recruiting motivated Housekeeping Manager, for our partner hotel, luxury mountain resort in Austria, with starting date in January-February 2023, seasonal or permanent position.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Experienced Housekeeping Manager, with minimum two years’ experience on same position in a luxury hotel
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Eu citizen

Tasks

  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry staff operation on a daily basis
  • Check rooms and public areas for cleanliness
  • Schedule shifts and trains staff
  • Motivates team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Respond to customer complaints and special requests
  • Monitor, replenish and orders cleaning products and housekeeping material
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
  • Schedules periodical general cleaning
  • Takes care of regular and seasonal decoration of the hotel
  • Cooperates with maintenance department
