To strenghten our team in Roding (Germany), we are looking for:
Head of Software Engineering (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
• You are responsible for the strategy and implementation of the software development as well as for the product development and maintenance
• You are responsible for the compliance with the processes you have developed and implemented
• You design concepts for new software by dint of requirement analysis, create workflow plans and diagrams and set system capabilities
• You respond to individual customer requirements
• You analyze customer requirements and create overall technical solutions for quoting and present the solution concepts to the customers on site
• You plan and optimize the use of resources considering the multi-project environment
• You lead your teams professional and disciplinary at several locations in Germany and the European foreign countries
• You are in direct contact with the management and report to them

• Your perennial operational experience as an executive manager and your strong leadership skills
• Your proven success in developing and leading a software team
• Your structured understanding of complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems
• Your very good spoken and written German and English knowledge
• Your resilience, flexibility, communication skills and assertiveness as well as confdent appearance
• Your willingness to travel on an international basis
