Austrian group. We produce high-quality lime products for various industries in Croatia, Slovenia as well as in Austria.
For further developing our organizational structures and processes we are looking for an
Head of legal and HR (m/f/d)
InterCal Croatia – Sirač
YOUR TASKS:
- Responsibility for HR management at InterCal Croatia
- Leading the local HR department, driving HR development, and implementing local HR projects
- Contributing to and supporting the developed business and divisional HR strategy through operational activities.
- Guaranteeing that all legal requirements are met and providing legal advice to all departments
- Contributing to HR projects within the InterCal Group
- Supporting compliance projects within the Wietersdorfer Group.
- Implementation and optimization of HR processes in compliance with Croatian labor law regulations
- Collaboration with external legal advisors and authorities
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed law degree with expertise in labor law
- Several years of professional experience in legal advisory roles and HR management
- Profound knowledge of Croatian legal frameworks and regulations.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and organizational ability.
- Fluent in English
