Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an à la carte fine dining seafood restaurant. The role includes menu creation, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety, as well as the preparation of the complete menu, full hands-on position.
Requirements
- Creating and developing an à la carte seafood-focused menu
- Managing and leading the kitchen team
- Ensuring consistent premium food quality and presentation
- Controlling purchasing, stock, and food cost
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
- Close cooperation with management and front-of-house team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience
- Experience in fine dining or premium restaurants
- Strong expertise in fish and seafood preparation
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Ability to perform under pressure
