What You Will Do

    As Group Brand Expert, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our Group-wide communication strategy – one that reflects our business objectives and brings our brand to life across all touchpoints. Working closely with various Addiko Bank Group entities and external partners, you will ensure brand consistency, campaign effectiveness, and strategic alignment across the board with the following responsibilities:

    Brand Management

  • Define, articulate, and safeguard the brand’s positioning, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure campaigns and communications consistently reinforce the brand promise and long-term equity.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, ATL, BTL).
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation: planning, creative briefing, production, rollout, budget and performance tracking.

    Content & Creative Development

  • Work with agencies, designers, and internal teams to deliver assets that align with brand identity.
  • Adapt messaging and creative for different customer segments and markets while maintaining coherence.

    Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track KPIs for both brand health (awareness, perception, NPS) and campaign effectiveness (reach, engagement, ROI).
  • Use data insights to refine campaigns and ensure they drive both short-term results and long-term brand growth.

    Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with product, sales, digital, and communications teams to align brand and campaign initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external partners.

What You Bring

  • A strong background in Marketing & Communications, ideally within an international or group-wide context.
  • Ability to lead across the strategic (brand positioning, insights, storytelling), operational (project management, campaign execution, digital fluency), and collaborative (stakeholder alignment, communication) dimensions of the role.
  • Knowledge in defining and protecting the brand’s identity, purpose, and differentiation, and translating complex brand strategy into simple, compelling narratives for all audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate creative and campaign output to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Experience in planning, briefing for and delivering integrated campaigns end-to-end.
  • Expertise in paid media, SEO, SEM, social, and marketing automation tools for effective execution.
  • Ability to read KPIs (brand health + campaign ROI) to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills in managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets.
  • Knowledge in preparing and coordinating research projects, using insights and consumer trends to shape brand positioning messaging.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving skills: ability to pivot quickly in fast-changing market or campaign conditions without losing brand consistency.

Your Strengths

  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across teams and cultures with empathy and clarity.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing communications in an agency or corporation.
