Convergys Amsterdam is situated near the second biggest train station in Amsterdam and is currently looking for German Speaking candidates for several open positions on a full time basis.
Have you always wanted to move to the Netherlands to further develop your (German) language skills?

Do you have affinity with fashion and are you a customer-focus problem solver?
We would love to have you working on our Customer Support team, answering calls and e-mails.
Are you sales and target driven and do you have affinity with travel and hospitality?
Maybe our Outbound Sales positions is just what you are looking for!
We are open to candidates that have plans to relocate.
Although we cannot offer you accommodation, we will certainly help you on your way.

Experience and personal skills needed:
- Intermediate vocational education
- Fluency in English language and German language
- You have strong typing and PC skills
- Software related knowledge and aptitude is a plus
- You are enthusiastic and dynamic
- You are very comfortable with communicating by phone and email
- You are friendly and approachable and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Well-organized, accurate, you are detail-oriented, professional and courteous with high self-motivation.
