Front Office Manager for a luxury city hotel in Germany (permanent contract).

We are hiring Front Office Manager (permanent position), for our partner hotel, luxury city hotel in Germany close to Nuremburg, with immediate starting date or upon agreement.
Front Office Manager (m/f)
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position for a luxury hotel
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of FO software (MS Office, reservations programs, HOGATEX, OPERA)
- Experience in FO management, online reservations and complaint management
- Excellent customer service skills, guest and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Communicative with welcoming manner regarding guests
- EU citizen
Benefits:
- Monthly salary 2300€ NET, 13 salaries and yearly bonus possible
- 5 working days/week and 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday,1 working weekend/month)
- Accommodation provided for the first 3 months for 140€/month
