We are hiring Front Office Manager (permanent position), for our partner hotel, luxury city hotel in Germany close to Nuremburg, with immediate starting date or upon agreement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar position for a luxury hotel
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of FO software (MS Office, reservations programs, HOGATEX, OPERA)
  • Experience in FO management, online reservations and complaint management
  • Excellent customer service skills, guest and service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Communicative with welcoming manner regarding guests
  • EU citizen


  • Monthly salary 2300€ NET, 13 salaries and yearly bonus possible
  • 5 working days/week and 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday,1 working weekend/month)
  • Accommodation provided for the first 3 months for 140€/month
  • Daily meals provided
