YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, covering Croatia and Slovenia and having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Field Manager requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Implementing 1:1 coaching of the Sell Out Specialist field team members in Croatia & Slovenia (implementation of different techniques and programs that will cover product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and retail best practices specific to dermo-cosmetics in the pharmacy).
• Ensuring new products are given the necessary exposure on the POS, and all the needed POS materials are displayed on the shelves and in the pharmacy (reglettes, glorifiers, displays…).
• Ensuring that the routing plan is respected and aligned with the SOS team at the cycle level.
• Updating regularly pharmacy segmentation and aligning it with the sell through report at the cycle level (visited/non visited, categorizing pharmacies according to routing, volume and potential).
• Monitoring the results of the SO target and implementing action steps to meet them.
• Tracking ROI of training programs and making adjustments in order to optimize their effectiveness. Providing regular feedback to management teams to improve sell-out performance.
• Mastering the Field Management tools - training team members on its effective use, defining cycle KPIs and monitoring/reporting on monthly level to the management team.
• Cooperating with other departments (training, marketing, medical…) to ensure alignment of sell out coaching programs with overall strategies.
• Ensuring that team members effectively represent the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty brand values and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand guidelines.
• Spending 30% of the time in Slovenia, supporting and managing Slovenian Sell Out Specialist team.

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
• Has between 2 to 5 years of similar experience
• Has minimum of 2 years of people management experience
Scientific background is an advantage
• Has strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and Power Point)
• Is fluent in Croatian and English language
• Has a driving license and is an active driver
