We are hiring F&B Manager (permanent position), for our partner, luxury city hotel in Germany close to Nuremburg, with immediate starting date or upon agreement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Tourism & Hospitality or Culinary/Food Service/ Restaurant Management
- 3 years’ experience in similar position for a luxury hotel
- Very good German & English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management software, POS, MS Office
- F&B management for high standard services, excellent know how to develop a new outlet under all health & safety regulations
- Build, lead, and manage a team effectively, organizing the day-to-day operation
- Ability to develop new products, boost upselling and achieving financial targets
- Flexible, communicative, and absolutely oriented in guests’ experience, with hands on mentality
- EU citizen
Benefits:
- Monthly salary 2.500€ NET, additional payment for Sundays & night work
- 13 salaries and yearly bonus possible
- 5 working days/week & 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, One shift, 1-2 working weekend/month)
- Accommodation provided for the first 3 months for 140€/month
