FACILITY COORDINATOR (m/f)


Subsidiary of Danish retail chain is looking for a talented Facility Coordinator to be the driver of the Facility processes by working closely with our leaders within Development and Retail, to support the overall aims of the organization.

Your daily tasks will be:
  • To coordinate and control maintenance of existing stores in line with JYSK standards
  • Project coordination for relocation projects, renovations or refurbishment
  • To organize tenders, collect and submit for approval the best offer for relevant renovation/rebuilding task
  • Observation and control of contracted works and associated costs through liaising with both external contractors and stores to make sure all maintenance issues and relocation/renovation works are completed
  • To ensure that all accompanying documents are suitably processed and filed
  • Check and process invoices, and make sure premise costs are within defined budget
  • Monitor and procure all required legal and official licences/permits upon direction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Facility field, and is familiar with SAP systems. Fluency in English (both written and spoken), due to meetings and training activities in other JYSK countries.

The Facility coordinator will have a daily reference to the Development Manager, and will be responsible coordinating facility and maintenance activities in JYSK stores in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

The position is based in Zagreb, Croatia, but travelling activities within the region, and also within Europe should be expected.
