Engineering and QHSSE Manager (m/f)
In partnership with Coral Croatia, the Shell Brend Licensee, Manpower Croatia is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the Engineering and QHSSE Manager m/f vacancy. .
Location:
- Zagreb
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Engineering activities and the company's quality, health, safety, security, and environmental excellence
- Execution of construction and maintenance plans
- Contractors' management
- Budgeting and compliance with group standards
- Maintenance performance management aligned with HSSE and retail business objectives
- Implementation of maintenance strategies
- Responsibility for legal issues and relations with public authorities (permissions and licenses)
- Lead Retail sites and staff to the achievement of QHSSE strategic objectives and policies
- Perform compliance audits, develop relevant programs, and improve existing entities' activities in the QHSSE domain
Your profile:
- Two to five years of relevant experience in above mentioned or similar tasks
- University degree, Engineering background (Technical University degree)
- Emphasized leadership skills, accountability, teamwork
- An honest and respectful person with high integrity and ethics (Honesty, Integrity, Respect for People)
- Ability to travel within the country
- Strong business knowledge and excellent relationship skills
- Experience in construction and maintenance works
- Highly fluent in English
- IT basic skills (Office-related) and specialized technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, and other related)
