The "job responsibilities" can be summed up as seeking college/school leavers across Croatia interested in pursuing higher education experience in UK, Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden and recommend my consulting services to them. They must act and work as educational agents and to guarantee to school/college leavers in Croatia that I can offer high quality consulting services and advice on making an application for higher education experience outside of Croatia, where the language of instruction is English in order to benefit would be students' personal development, as well as making a proper and reasonable choice for further study or making the most out of university life.
Posebne pogodnosti:
There will be no set amount of salary, but remuneration will be based on commission. For each prospective student who comes to me and use my consulting services, the education agent would get at least 10% commission. I can offer a higher commission, if the applicant performs outstandingly well. There will be further incentives and perks for the right candidate to earn more, if there are tangible results of his/her hard work. The monthly net pay package could exceed substantially the national minimum wage in Croatia three or four times, depending on how much effort the education agent would put in. As the old saying goes, the harder the education agent works, the greater the pay and benefits.

An important and very useful consideration all applicants for education agents should take into account is the person who will be working with me is to be familiar with the structure of the secondary school system in Croatia. For instance, they should make efforts to familiarize themselves which colleges/ schools in Croatia for example send in the largest numbers of pupils to universities outside of Croatia, especially if that destination is UK. In most cases, they can get these details from the Ministry of Education and Science in Croatia. Once they know which is that school sending its pupils to foreign European universities, they must make sure to personally visit the school itself and advise the college graduates about my consulting services and convince them to come to me and use them.
