E-commerce Activation Manager (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We are looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of E-commerce Activation Manager requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Managing and developing relationships with the e-commerce partners in Croatia and Serbia.
• Negotiating commercial conditions and JBP with Sales and E-commerce Teams of the retailer to ensure the best counterparts for the contract investments.
• Achieving sell-through/sell-out targets on client and country level.
• Implementing marketing action plans to ensure brands online visibility on the retailer platforms and providing adequate reporting.
• Leading the development and execution of all performance marketing campaigns on e-retailers such as display, pay-per-click (PPC), paid social, search engine optimization (SEO).
• Launching special digital projects in cooperation with E-commerce partners.
• Controlling products visibility on partners’ websites.

• Has 2 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Has experience with digital media advertising

• Has good presentation and negotiation skills
• Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel)
• Fluent in Croatian and English language
• Has a driving license
