ABOUT US:
Catalyst Solutions offers students the opportunity to take part in a dual program, in collaboration with a company that has over 120 years of experience in the industry.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
A distance-learning business management program offered by a private German university.
Additionally, some exams will take place at the study center in Vienna.
You will study and work at the same time. You receive paid leave for your study periods – you are fully paid but work only 34 hours per week.
You will work in one of our stores where, in addition to sales, you will learn everything about merchandising, administration, and in-store logistics.
Various seminars, internships, and career events in Vienna will complement your training and prepare you for your first leadership position.
After graduation, you will have the opportunity to develop further as a department manager.
