Director of Operations / Operations Manager (m/f)

As the Director of Operations/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading the hotel’s operation of a fully newly renovated hotel, elevating both associate’s and guest’s experience, creating new revenue streams, effective cost controls and bringing the “game” to a new level!

You will oversee and run, together with respective department heads, operation of Rooms division (359 rooms and 19 suites), Food and Beverage (3 full year and 3 summer restaurants, 4 bars, Beach Club, conference & banqueting operation up to a 580 seats), Marina as well as Spa and Recreation in order to maximize efficiency and guest service levels! In the high season, you will be leading a team of 300+ associates.

A people’s manager, a leader that builds great teams and develops our future leaders! Experience in managing bigger teams is a MUST. 3 years of operational managerial experience within an international environment, in a 5-star property with, preferably some Resort experience!
Passion, knowledge and skills to direct leaders and associates of each operational department in creating unique experiences for our guests.
Very strong financial acumen with a good knowledge strong and understanding of staff productivity, forecasting & budgeting skills, strong analytical skills as well as project management skills.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to the local culture and market.
