ZSEM - Business Academy as a part of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management organizes various executive education programs, seminars, courses and conferences in management, marketing, finance, accounting, human resource management, logistics, business process optimization, etc. In a time of rapid changes and challenges resulting from globalization, lifelong learning has become imperative. Our open seminars were attended by more than 4500 managers from various industries. These programs are intended for the business community in Croatia and the region. The programs are organized according to the model of the world’s best business schools and provide modern knowledge and skills that can be acquired at top American and European business schools. Lecturers are academicians and proven experts from Zagreb School of Economics and Management, the business school in Croatia that has been accredited by the prestigious international institution AACSB International.

Planning, organizing, selling and promoting of Executive Education programs
Cooperation with the Dean of
ZSEM, the Executive Director of
the school, colleagues, other
Associate Deans and faculty
Developing a public presence in
the sector and network at a
senior level among peers and
clients
Be familiar with the local
market, build relationship and
networks with different
business entities
Further develop the portfolio of
ExEd programs
THE SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE WE
LOOK FOR
A doctoral degree or Master Degree and experience in teaching business programs is preferable
Proven track record in a
proactive sales environment.
Excellent negotiation and
influencing and strong
presentation skills
An ability to build effective
working relationships with
various organizations, as well as
the various units and
departments of education
Spoken & written fluency in
Croatian and English
