Department Manager CAMEO Development (m/f/d)


  • Managing people, development their skills and optimize team setups and processes
  • Define and develop a technology roadmap in cooperation with the Product Management and Enterprise Architect
  • Investigate and implement latest development methods in order to gain in speed of development and quality, in cooperation with the Head of Software Development IODP-X
  • Cooperate with Product Management and motivate employees in conceiving and developing innovative approaches by relying on latest and applicable technologies
  • Plan, monitor and manage personal costs as well as general service charge for the department in coordination with the controlling


  • University studies (university of technology or applied sciences) in the field of information technologies or similar study courses
  • Leadership experience and pronounced ability to shape and design new things
  • Minimum of five years professional experience in vehicle and/or powertrain development
  • Preferably experiences in latest SW-development methods (e.g. agile, devops, …)
  • Preferably experiences in the area of artificial intelligence applications and simulation technologies
  • Knowledge of the relevant processes, methods and tools in the area of vehicle and/or powertrain development
  • Experienced in cooperating with OEMs worldwide
  • Enthusiasm for automotive development and technological innovation

SALARY: 634263.54-634263.54 HRK/YEAR

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 85.000,--. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
