Our client, an international freight forwarding and logistics company with branches in 25 european countries, is now looking for an experienced Customs clearance specialist (licensed/non-licensed) to join their office in Zagreb. The company has been providing freight forwarding, warehousing and customs clearance services since the 1960’s and continues to keep a stable position in the market.

Daily duties:
• Timely processing of customs documentation and data entry into the computer
• Obtaining and processing information from transport documents required for customs procedures
• Monitoring and retrieval of customs documentation
• Ensuring timely customs clearance of goods in accordance with applicable customs regulations
• Communication with the customs office - processing of declarations
• Communication with customers and carriers

Znanja i kvalifikacije:

• Completed secondary education
• Previous experience as a customs clearance declarant is essential
• User knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office)
• Ability to communicate in English language (verbal, written communication)
• Driver's license
• Good communication skills
• Reliability, responsibility, diligence
