Duties

The incumbent is the primary resource for customers in need of Management services at Embassy Zagreb. The incumbent serves as the liaison for customer requests and Management service providers by communicating customer requests to service providers. The incumbent serves as the quality control coordinator for General Services Office and Facilities requests, but will be a knowledgeable source of information for work done by Human Resources, General Services Office, Facilities, Information Technology, and Community Liaison offices.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: At least two years experience in an administrative or customer service role.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: General administrative and office procedures. Knowledge of management practices and relevant Department of State regulations and Embassy policies. An understanding of the USG organizational structure and agencies at the Embassy.

Education Requirements: Completion of Secondary School

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: English - Good Working Knowledge (will be tested); Croatian - Good Working Knowledge

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills. Must be client/customer oriented and able to deal with upset or difficult clients. Must have a problem solving approach. Proficiency of standard office software.
