WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

LARQ is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team to attract and retain customers by answering product and service questions, with an on-brand persona and upbeat demeanor. You will be processing orders, communicating with customers, and use your knowledge of LARQs products to help our customers have a positive experience with LARQ. We want someone who's driven to do great work and who’ll take the initiative and put in the extra effort to get there.

- This person has excellent written and verbal skills and a desire to help customers.
- They will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines, with some room for creativity, to ensure optimal customer experience and quick resolution to all
inquiries.
- They will also be asked to; place orders, track deliveries, handle warranty claims, refunds, and returns.

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
WHO YOU ARE

• Location: Croatia to work with our Zagreb team
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of experience in (or a strong desire to work in) a customer
service, customer experience or a similar customer-facing role
• A people person with a positive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Follows instructions and guidelines with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work and adapt in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Multitasker extraordinaire
• Willingness to analyze a situation and problem-solve
• Experience with email and chat platforms is a bonus (Zendesk preferred)
• Excited to be a part of a growing, international team
• Available Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Or Sunday - Thursday
