We are TantumPay - a Liechtenstein based FinTech committed to re-inventing payments in the high-risk market. In combination with an integrated digital identity, we are tackling regulatory challenges, offering smooth business operations for our customers. With a highly motivated team, we are about to launch our product in an exciting and promising market environment.
This is a unique opportunity to join our great team as CTO and lead engineer.
Seeking exceptional tech lead and talented person to help architect and further develop our platform and products.
The successful candidate will oversee the further development of our core banking system (payment engine) and the associated applications such as Mobile Apps and Web-App. Moreover, he/she will be in charge of leading our offshore development team and other technical partners, as well as strategizing to drive our products to the next level.
What you’ll do
• Work with entrepreneurs at eye-level: You will be in the driver’s seat for our company-building efforts, working directly with the founder/CEO, investment experts, and strategic partners to scale the company and its products.
• Create solutions, solve problems: Collaborate with the CEO and product managers to find and build end-to-end solutions ranging from a digital identity to payment engines.
• Take responsibility: You will be managing our developers in order to achieve high quality and transparent output.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• Want to architect and design our products to a hyper-growth company in the payment industry
• Have similar experience as Tech Lead/Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)
• Have expert knowledge of at least one modern web-oriented language (Python, Ruby, Javascript, PHP etc.) and related web frameworks
• Experience with Microservice Architecture and Go-Lang
• Have a strong understanding of modern databases and at least one SQL dialect
• Are comfortable architecting and designing high-quality APIs following best practices
• Have DevOps experience scaling and running cloud-based applications (e.g. AWS)
• Thrive from shipping early and often following modern practices like continuous delivery
• Are able to manage/oversee our developers to write clean and structured code
• Value testing and routinely test code and the product you build
• Are proficient in taking very early-stage projects forward
• Are a highly autonomous and pragmatic individual passionate about solving ambiguous problems, building products and code craftsmanship
• Love to learn and pass on your knowledge to others
• Are excited about joining as a CTO
