For our client, NEXI, a multinational company specialized in digital payment solutions, we are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate for the position:

Creative Designer (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

Job Description

Designing and producing high-quality print materials (brochures, flyers, reports)
Creating digital assets such as banners, web pages, and visual elements for online campaigns
Editing and producing engaging video content (social media clips, explainers, event recaps)
Ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials
Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to develop creative concepts
Supporting the creation of digital advertising campaigns and multimedia content

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in similar design roles
BA or MA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Knowledge of Figma and experience in preparing files for print production
Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics
Good time-management and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
English: B2–C1 (spoken and written)
Versatility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
