For our Croatian operation we are looking for:
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (m/f)
/ Zagreb /
Position Responsibilities:
- Development of retail and logistics projects in Croatia, mainly in Zagreb region
- Permitting process in close cooperation with our designers
- Cost-planning
- Project financing in cooperation with RC financial department
- Construction management and technical supervision
- Close cooperation with the Country Manager and other colleagues from the Czech Republic
Position Requirements:
- Civil Engineer, an experienced construction / project manager
- Experience with the entire development process in the retail / logistics segments
- Excellent knowledge of English language / certificates / advantage in case of knowing Czech or Slovakian language
- AutoCAD knowledge (drawing)
- Advance level of MS Office software package
- Communicative, organized, systematic, dedicated person
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional presentation and appearance
- B drivers license
