At the moment we are recruiting creative Chef Patissier, for our partner hotel, luxury mountain resort in Austria, with starting date in February-March 2023, seasonal or permanent position.

Chef Patissier / Pastry Chef (m/f)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Bakery and Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position, in a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
  • Fluent in English language
  • Knowledge in food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
  • Ability of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
  • Enhanced attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong passion for the art of food design
  • Excellent organizing and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
  • Able to work effectively as part of an international team
  • International team player spirit and willingness to work abroad
  • Groomed appearance, and great physical shape
  • EU citizen


  • Plan, implement and manage daily pastry operations
  • Suggest and prepare dessert menus
  • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread 
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings so that they are appealing to the eye
  • Maintain a clean cooking station
  • Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations 
  • Train, guide and motivate pastry assistants 
  • Follow health and safety standards
  • Stay up to date with the latest food and industry trends


  • Starting date in February-March 2023, seasonal or permanent position

  • Yearly gross salary starting from € 40.400/ Very competitive pay, 14 salaries a year, 6 working days/ week
