Our client, a global science-led biopharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a new colleague to join their team in the position of:

Business Unit Assistant (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Business Unit, working closely with Marketing, Medical and Finance teams
  • Coordinate marketing, promotional and medical events (HCP meetings, congresses, advisory boards), including logistics, documentation and follow-up
  • Manage vendor-related processes (vendor setup, purchase orders, invoice tracking) and ensure timely and accurate documentation in line with SOPs and compliance requirements
  • Support preparation and localization of promotional materials, contracts (donations/sponsorships) and internal documentation
  • Work in internal systems (Veeva, SAP, DocuSign) and maintain accurate records (e.g. consents, reports, databases)
  • Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, reporting and collaboration on cross-functional projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working in process-driven, compliance-oriented environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new systems (SAP, Veeva as an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills in Croatian and English
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset
