We are a leading provider of sustainable supply chain solutions looking for colleagues on a permanent basis. Your journey with us will start with 18 months program with a role change every 6 months to support local business and projects. This is a unique opportunity if you are at the beginning of your career to gain experience in various business areas and work closely with different departments in a matrix organization. You will have a chance to work on various systems and develop your analytical skills (Salesforce, SAP, Excel, Power BI…).



Business Solutions Specialist Croatia (m/f)
Remote, Field Based - Croatia



Support local Business (80% of your time) based on the current assignment:

  • Customer Service: 1st point of contact for customer queries, processing orders and supporting other processes (invoicing, audits, account opening and maintenance or reporting…).
  • Asset Management: asset tracking, analyzes and evaluation, supporting collection orders and audit process, reporting maintenance and process improvements.
  • Sales: sales lead generation via cold calls and e-mail campaigns, market research, business cases and offers preparation and customer visits aligned with the field team
Project Work across CE region (20% of your time) upon needs supporting:
  • Customer solutions
  • Transformation
  • Core business

Whom are we looking for:

  • Secondary, high school equivalent graduates, university or equivalent graduates in Supply Chain and/or Business Administration would be nice to have
  • Ability to work within different cultures and communicate effectively
  • Data analytical skills - MS Excel advanced is nice to have
  • Inter-personal savvy and team spirit and problem-solving attitude
  • Customer-centric approach (internal and external)
  • Languages: fluent English and Croatian are a must; an additional European language would be nice to have
