In order to develop the new market segments and business activities in the region (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo) we are looking for a motivated and ambitious person as:

Business Development Manager South East Europe (m/f)
(Home office - Croatia and countries in the region)

Responsibility for developing the market:

- Analysis of regional market potential and detecting all relevant business opportunities in the region (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo)
- Planning and managing business strategies in each country in the region and report directly to the Cluster Manager
- Support the entire sales organization and development of global strategies, review and advice on policies
- Implementing strategies and developing the Action Plan in each country
- Daily work includes active cooperation with existing distributors and acquisition of new distributors and clients

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Entrepreneurial personality:
- Successfully completed University or comparable education
- Team player with background in leading sales or marketing teams
- At least 5 years working experience in Business Development and Sales, coming from the automotive aftermarket; experience in the lubricants industry is an asset
- Experience with working in an international environment; flexibility and willingness to travel
- You can convince trough your strong interpersonal skills.
- Independent and being capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
- Very good command of English language written and spoken
