Business Developer Croatia (m/f)

Our client, Hidro.Lab, is a Croatian laboratory based in Kastav, specializing in environmental sampling and testing, including wastewater, surface water, and waste analysis.
It operates as part of the global ALS Group, a leading provider of laboratory testing, inspection, and certification services, further strengthening its expertise and market position.
They are currently looking for a new colleague to join their team in the position of:
Business Developer Croatia (m/f)
Location: Kastav, Croatia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds the reputation and good name of the company
- Communicates with clients within the entrusted region
- Coordinates customer´s requirements and expectations regarding of individual orders
- Develops collaboration, business and relationships with existing clients
- Identifies new markets/segments and pursues new business opportunities in assigned region
- Analyses external markets and competition within the region
- Prepares and processes business reports and statistics
- Prepares and concludes contracts with customer
- Participates in the creation of a business and marketing strategy for acquiring new customers
- Cooperate on analysis, development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy, including acquisition of new clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education in field of Chemistry, ideally in Environmental business
- Experience in sales or a similar position is necessary (KAM, sales representative)
- Experience with the development of new markets in the field of services is an advantage
- Communicative and positive personality with customer and results orientation
- Driver's license
- Communicative knowledge of English both, verbally and written
- Independent and reliable personality with ability to meet deadlines.
