Position Overview
The Assistant Training Manager is ultimately responsible to the Training Manager for the organisation, management and administration of the training. He/she ensures that all necessary resources are available for the conduct of planned training courses and is responsible to establish and maintain compliance with the MTOE and the current requirements at the approved second site.

Key Responsibilities
• The delegated responsibilities of day-to-day management of the training courses
• The Training Manager is regularly kept informed about the organisation and daily
management of the training courses.
• The conduct of training is efficiently managed with respect to manpower, facilities, training material, training equipment and assessments and conforms to the requirements of Part-147.
• Courses are delivered to the approved standard in accordance with the MTOE procedures and current requirements.
• Ensures that the duties and responsibilities of an approved examiner, instructor and assessor are fulfilled as required and adhered to the relevant procedures specified in this MTOE.
• All necessary airworthiness publications issued by EASA / CCAA and Aircraft Manufacturers, as appropriate, are made available as required.
• In close cooperation with the Training Manager, he/she ensures that Knowledge examiners, instructors and assessors are selected, assessed, fully trained, developed to plan, perform, supervise, examine and assess students as required.
• All records pertaining to these personnel are kept up to date and regularly submitted to the Training Manager.
• Staff development and update training is undertaken, recorded, and regularly submitted to the Training Manger.
• Assists in maintaining and updating instructors, examiners, and practical assessor’s files.
• Build processes that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable
• Engage with other Dviation offices

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Basic Qualifications
• Secondary or higher technical education (mechanical, electrical, aircraft engineering)
• Knowledge and understanding of the relevant EU regulation and its Implementing Rules (Part- 66 & Part-147) and applicable AMC/GMs.
• Five years working experience, of which two years’ experience in an environment related to either aircraft maintenance, Part-147 training, technical academic institution, national aviation authority.
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in an additional European language is highly acknowledged.

Preferred Qualifications/Criteria
• Previous experience in a similarly regulated environment / aviation industry / training sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders such as senior management, trainers, students/customers, and authorities
• Strong organizational skills, team-orientated philosophy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
