Our client, Brucha, is an Austrian, family-owned company founded in 1948 and one of the leading manufacturers of insulated metal panels, cold storage solutions, doors, and specialized construction systems. Headquartered in Austria, the company provides end-to-end solutions, including engineering, production, installation, and service, serving customers across Europe and international markets. BRUCHA is particularly well known in the industrial, logistics, food processing, and cold storage sectors, where it delivers high-quality, energy-efficient building solutions.

They are currently looking for a new colleague for the position of:

Area Sales Manager (m/f)
Zagreb/Croatia

Main responsibilities:

Managing and further developing the sales territory in Croatia
Full ownership of the sales process – from acquisition to successful closing
Working closely with the sales support team on quotations, order processing, and claims handling
Cross-team coordination with sales colleagues
Developing and expansion of existing customer relationships
Active acquisition of new customers
Representation and promotion of the company at trade fairs and industry events

Requirements:

Completed technical education
Several years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the sandwich panel, cold storage, or industrial construction/installation sector
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and strong commitment to direct, customer facing sales activities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a structured, results driven, and self-reliant sales mindset
High level of personal drive, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic business environment
Professional proficiency in English or German
