Our client is a reputable global retail company that is soon entering the Croatian market and is looking for an organized and motivated person on a position:

Area Sales Manager (m/f)
Zagreb, Croatia

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Launching and overseeing the stores in the region
Developing and implementing business strategies
Managing regional budgets
Setting and achieving sales targets
Leading and mentoring store managers

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic background, ideally in Business or related fields
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop others
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Result-driven approach
Strong orientation towards customers
Fluent knowledge in English and Croatian language (oral and written)
Driving license (B category) and flexibility to travel across the region

OFFER:

Contract for indefinite period with 6-month probation period
