Architect – Flooring Solution & Design Specialist (m/f)

- Zagreb
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with architects, investors, designers, and construction companies to build and maintain relationships, provide information, and promote Tarkett solutions and materials; preparing and delivering presentations, offers, and 2D and 3D drawings.
- Focusing on business segment development and cooperation with top-tier (“A-class”) architects and investors within these segments.
- Further development of modular product categories, which represent leading growth segments in the flooring business.
- Cooperating with existing clients through visits, meeting organization, performance analysis, etc., while maintaining a proactive approach toward key architects, investors, and construction companies.
- Taking responsibility for the CRM system as a key user.
- Preparing project offers, monitoring project status, and providing consultation through to full project completion.
- Promoting the Showroom in Zagreb and the Tarkett Academy in Bačka Palanka.
- Participating in marketing activities related to references and segment promotion.
- Organizing live events and webinars for architects to strengthen collaboration, promote the brand, and enhance its positioning within the architectural community.
- Maintaining relationships with architectural and design faculties and organizing occasional lectures and joint activities.
What kind of experience should you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and openness in building relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD programs.
- Category B driving license – active driver.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a minimum B2 level.
