Administrative assistant (m/f)

Administrative assistant (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative / office and organizational services
- Tax stickers administration services
- Services of creating and updating various reports
- Database maintenance services
- Customer billing services
- Handling customer complaints
- Keeping records in line with RIM policies
- Communication with internal and external customers: Internal: local departments, Shared Service Center, External: Logistic Service Provider, PMZ Customers; Tax Authorities
- Other administrative duties as per instruction by Manager S&OP
- Tax stickers administration services
Education & Experience:
- High school
- 1-2 years of experience on a similar role in sales support or customer service department (preferably in FMCG industry)
Skills & Attributes:
- Results orientation, reliability and service mind
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced level)
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Strong work ethics and willingness to take initiative
- Team player
- Fluency in English (min. B1)
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced level)
