Duties
• The incumbent of this position serves as the administrative assistant to the Department of Justice/International Crime Investigative Training Asst. Program performing a full range of support functions, administrative and secretarial duties, and financial analysis. This position is responsible for logistic support of program activities to include procurement, travel, supplies, and training events organization, as well as maintaining up-to-date financial records which accurately reflect past expenditures and current program funding levels.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Must have at least three years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative work/office management position to include budgetary tracking experience.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have knowledge of Procurement policies and procedures. Must be familiar with specialized terminology used in conducting law enforcement affairs and/or police activity in order to provide accurate translation. Must have a good knowledge of budgeting and funds control and be able to apply such knowledge to assigned budgeting work.

Education Requirements:
At least two years of University level studies is required

Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: English - fluent (will be tested) / Croatian - fluent

SKILLS AND ABILITIES Optional: Ability to use MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and Power Point) is required. Must have the ability to lift up to ten kilograms.
