For our client Nexi d.o.o., a global financial technology company specializing in payment systems, we are looking for diligent and motivated individuals for the position of:

ACCOUNTANT - Specialist/Expert (m/f)

Location: Slavonska avenija 1a, Zagreb

Primary tasks:

general ledger bookkeeping
tangible and intangible asset management including IFRS 16
accounts receivable daily bookings and payment accounts reconciliation
incoming invoice processing
clearing of vendors / customers / balance sheet accounts
support in creation and maintenance of Supplier Master Data

Requirements:

high school diploma or higher professional education
basic understanding of financial reporting policies and practices
good understanding of accounting principles and processes, with emphasis on cost/ revenue bookkeeping
basic understanding of tax (VAT) and financial reporting policies and practice
interpersonal and relationship skills
organizational and planning skills
analytical skills
english language B2
accounts payable and accounts receivable experience is an advantage
SAP experience is an advantage
