As part of our team, you will take part in lots of challenges which include:
- Developing and maintaining the relationship with the clients and identifying their needs
- Continuously monitoring trends in advertising and best practices in the creative industry
- Proactively proposing ideas and solutions to optimize processes and ways of working
- Organizing and conducting sales activities
- Analyzing clients’ businesses, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and providing support for solving problems
- Monitoring and reporting on sales results and achieved goals
We are looking for an Account Manager who has at least three years of relevant experience and is:
- The transparent person with developed empathy and sensibility for others
- An organized person with excellent prioritization and work management capabilities
- Highly fluent in English (both written and spoken), while knowledge of other languages is a plus (German and Italian especially)
