Account Manager (m/f)
Lugera Talent Solutions (formerly Adecco Croatia) is an international company operating across Europe.
We support our clients and candidates on a daily basis, offering services such as search and selection, HR administration, outsourcing, payroll administration, market research, as well as organizing various trainings and workshops.
They are currently looking for a new colleague for the position:
Account Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive sales of Lugera’s full range of services to new and existing clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Take full responsibility for meeting business plans and revenue objectives
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential, new, and existing clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Collaborate effectively with all departments
- Stay informed of industry trends and market developments, contributing to new services aligned with client needs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- University degree in economics or another relevant field
- Minimum two years of experience in similar positions with proven B2B experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent English skills (minimum B2), both written and spoken
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and proactiveness
- Willingness to attend business events, conferences, and similar
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is considered a plus
- Driver’s license
