We currently have exciting opportunities to work in our busy hotel group in the South West of Ireland.
The Gleneagle and Brehon hotels are located in Killarney, Co. Kerry. The Maritime Hotel is located in Bantry, Co. Cork.
We are looking for experienced accommodation assistants.

THE JOB This is a position that can be physically demanding and the ideal candidate should have previous experience in a cleaning position. Comprehensive training and support from a dedicated trainer will be provided. We are looking for candidates with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills who can commit to our company for 12 months. Fluent English is essential for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for the cleaning of the rooms, bathrooms and corridors of the hotel rooms.
• Ensuring that all hotel standards are consistently met and maintained
• Respond to guest problems or complaints in the correct manner.
• Always greet the guest with a smile, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Comply with all Covid19 policies and procedures
You will be working with a team that takes pride in achieving our goals as part of our larger hotel team.
It is essential to have 12 months of previous experience working in a similar position.

HOW TO GET THERE
You can use 3 international airports: Kerry (15 minutes), Cork (90 minutes) and Shannon (120 minutes).
Cork airport is located about 90 minutes from Bantry.
The train from Dublin to Killarney takes 3.5 hours.
