For our Client, a leading company in its industry, we are looking for:
Trade Marketing Specialist (m/f)
- Zagreb -
Main Role:
Implement the category strategy on national and customer level for the selected categories. Based on the category strategic plan, develop the annual (rolling) activity plan and (together with KA & Distributor`s marketing team) channel/customer execution plan.
Main Accountabilities:
• Ensure smooth and high quality implementation of category projects nationwide and at customers.
• Represent category view toward Distributor (first point of contact for Distributor˙marketing, KAMs) and country/ trade/sales view toward Central marketing and POP.
• P&L responsibility for the given categories.
• IBP (Yearly Strategy Implementation): Preparation and cascade of CMP of the selected category.
• Participates and prepares for brand audits: represent trade view (input Issues and Opportunities list based on Customer Audits).
• Manage the yearly marketing plan and continuously monitor the performance for own categories nationwide and at customer level.
• As preparation to CMP, develop Promotional Guidelines (including preferred types of activities, frequency, duration, etc.).
• Prepare nationwide consumer activation briefs, digital communication briefs and PR briefs, based on the Central Activation/Digital/PR master-packs.
• PR event execution keeping contact with Central marketing and agencies.
• Manage nationwide/customer specific repacks.
• Also responsible for all tasks, projects and works, that the incumbent gets from their direct boss. S/he should act responsible in these as well.

Requirements:
• School qualification: College / University degree in business studies
• Preferred specialization: Business administration, economics (marketing)
• Level of English knowledge: Fluent
• Required computer skill: high
• Driving licence: Yes
• Great ability to work under stress and with short leadtimes
• Relevant experience - marketing and/or customer marketing experience; CD experience as value added
