Manpower Croatia is seeking eligible and aspiring candidates for its respective client, one of the global leaders in construction chemistry with several thousand employees world-wide, to join their team as:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f)
- Zagreb Area -
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for continuous identifying and processing of new customers both, in retail and through the network of professionals
• Maintaining and boosting of sales volumes to selected distributors by means of skilled negotiations and strategic planning
• Maintaining regular customer contact and tracking of all customer issues, resolving customer complaints
• Monitoring competitor activities
• Providing required reporting in accordance with specified deadlines.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the same or similar industry – production of paints, sealants and other construction materials and tools;
• Excellent understanding of domestic and international business environment, industry development and customer's expectations and needs
• fluent English – language skills will be tested at the interview
• Presentational skills, proactiveness and excellent entrepreneurial spirit
• Effective decision making and problem solving skills
